Job summary

Axon, in partnership with Dedrone, seeks an Embedded Technical Account Manager to be the technical face of Dedrone in Europe, based remotely with on-site visits to Geel, Belgium. You will own client relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, deliver field deployments of DedroneTracker.AI, RF sensors, radars, and EO/IR cameras, and ensure mission objectives are met.

Qualifications

• EU citizenship for security clearance.
• 5+ years in IT, network engineering, RF/sensor or deployment roles.
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships and technical projects.
• Autonomous, with minimal supervision in client-facing contexts.
• Strong IT background including Linux/Ubuntu, SSH and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

• Perform test flights with drones to verify sensor performance.
• Configure drones for automated flights and analyze server data.
• Serve as in-country technical liaison for the customer program office.
• Lead operational meetings and communicate across stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on field support through deployment lifecycle.
• Monitor tickets, troubleshoot to tier-2, escalate to R&D when needed.
• Ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met; track outcomes.
• Coordinate with third-party installer on site readiness.
• Participate in security assessments and vendor refresh events.
