Job summary

Axon is seeking a Field Deployment Engineer for Northern Europe. The role focuses on driving customer success and technical adoption of Axon products by serving as a technical expert across deployments and coordinating with customers and partners.

You will travel up to 40% and work remotely when not on site, ensuring smooth installation, integration, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate brings strong networking and SaaS knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication.
Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption.
Willingness to travel up to 40% internationally.
Strong technical foundation including networking, SaaS platforms, Windows/AD.

Responsibilities

Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and deployments.
Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, customers and partners.
Follow-up on all customer requests and coordinate with sales.
Manage tickets and RMA and oversee full adoption lifecycle.
Travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.
Coordinate regular calls with customers and drive successful adoption.
Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms and install/commission solutions.
