ScioTeq bv is seeking a Sales Manager ATC to lead regional growth in EMEA and LATAM, nurturing end users and system integrators in the Air Traffic Management market. You will pursue a scalable sales strategy, supported by product management, program management, and sales administration.

The role requires strong communication at the executive level, a track record of achieving bookings targets, and the ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or business or equivalent by experience.
• Excellent presentation and C-Level communication skills.
• Minimum 7 years in technical sales (electronics, mechanics, software, firmware, networks).
• Experience in the Air Traffic Management sector is a plus.
• Proven track record of year-on-year growth and closing deals.
• Strong networking and customer relationship abilities.
• English and French proficiency mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop the region in line with objectives set by the Senior Sales Director.
• Maintain and enhance commercial contact with existing customers; manage the full sales cycle including presentations, quotations and negotiations.
• Establish sales action plans to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Report progress and forecast via CRM with timely updates.
• Assess competitive products and market opportunities.
• Adhere to ScioTeq's ethics and conduct policies.
