ScioTeq Group seeks a Sales Manager ATC to lead the sales effort in EMEA and LATAM for air traffic management solutions. The role involves managing an existing customer base and driving growth with system integrators, supported by cross-functional teams.

You will travel up to 50% and engage at DoD/MoD levels, leveraging a strong background in technical B2B sales within the aviation and defense sectors. The company offers competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent by experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to C-Level audiences.
• At least 7 years of technical sales experience in a multi-level international B2B environment.
• Background in Air Traffic Management is a plus.
• Proven track record of year-on-year growth and closing deals.
• Fluency in English and French; travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow the regional sales in EMEA and LATAM.
• Maintain and enhance commercial contact with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Present products, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Create sales action plans to hit bookings and revenue targets.
• Provide regular progress reporting via CRM and forecasts.
