Hermès Benelux & Nordics seeks a Retail Operations Officer to coordinate regional retail operations across the store network and provide stores with tools and expertise for high-standard, omnichannel service.

Based at the regional Head Office in Brussels, the role involves frequent travel within Europe to support stores and regional operations, reporting to the Retail Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations or store environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional projects to transform in-store operations.
• Coordinate deployment of new retail tools and systems with teams.
• Manage training, communication, launch, and post-launch support.
• Monitor KPI-driven performance for service and operations.
• Share and deploy best practices across stores and markets.
• Coordinate after-sales tools, processes, and repair networks.
• Travel across Europe to support stores and regional ops.
