Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a Business School or Engineering School
• 4–6 years of experience in Retail Operations or a related field
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on operational excellence
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regional retail operations across stores to sustain back-of-house transformation and Retail Excellence standards
• Lead deployment of regional projects, manage timelines and stakeholders, and coordinate training and post-launch support
• Drive KPI-oriented performance management and identify opportunities to improve processes and tools
