Job summary

Immodôme is seeking a results-oriented real estate dealmaker to drive growth in the Waasland or Denderstreek region. With your energy, network and commercial flair, you increase local visibility, build a stable client portfolio and strengthen Immodôme’s regional presence.

You will lead acquisition meetings, valuations, brokerage negotiations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle while collaborating with a support-backed Ghent team. A regional role with autonomy and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Residence in the Waasland or Denderstreek region.
• Completed education of at least three years or a BIV accreditation.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience within a real estate agency (residential real estate).

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new opportunities through prospecting, cold calls and networking.
• Conduct acquisition meetings, prepare property valuations and conclude brokerage agreements with sellers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and mediate between owners and buyers for a perfect match.
• Organise regional initiatives (architectural walks, open houses, vernissages) to boost visibility.
• Collaborate with Ghent team and back-office to support sales strategy.
