Job summary

Immodôme Holding BV is seeking a results-driven real estate dealmaker to drive growth of the local office. You will actively seek opportunities, conduct acquisition meetings, and manage the end-to-end sales process, while organizing regional events to boost visibility and brand strength.

You will work with a supportive back office and legal/marketing experts to optimize positioning and sales strategy, focusing on client expectations and successful closings.

Qualifications

• Residence in the region of your choice.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience within a real estate agency (residential real estate).

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities through prospecting, cold calls and networking.
• Conduct acquisition meetings, prepare property valuations and conclude brokerage agreements.
• Organise regional initiatives to strengthen Immodôme’s visibility and brand awareness.
• Rely on a strong back office for planning and administration and leverage legal/marketing support to position properties effectively.
