Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership or HRBP experience in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage employee relations.
• Experience leading change, restructures or transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen linking people decisions to business performance.
• Fluency in English; French/Dutch helpful for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the HR strategy for Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Partner with corporate, retail and functional leaders with credible guidance.
• Collaborate with global HR to align local labour-law with global needs.
• Lead organisational design, restructures and change initiatives.
• Oversee Employee Relations end-to-end across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Manage Works Councils relationships and governance.
• Drive talent planning and succession with Talent Acquisition.
• Use data to diagnose issues and drive action with measurable impact.
• Lead Brussels HR team and ensure effective stakeholder partnerships.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, HR services and vendor performance.
• Partner with Finance on workforce planning and HR cost management.
