ING is seeking an Employee Journey Expert to own the recruitment experience from start to finish. You will merge HR mindset with technology, data and change management to simplify and digitalise the candidate and employee journey, while ensuring compliance and future-readiness.

You will lead cross‑functional, local and global initiatives, drive digital transformation and deliver improvements with measurable impact across the recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, international environment.
