MEININGER Hotel Bruxelles Gare du Midi is seeking a Receptionist for the night shift to ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out. You will be the first point of contact for guests, suppliers and technicians, coordinating inquiries and services in a lively, international setting.

The role requires a friendly, team-oriented individual with at least 1 year of front desk experience and fluency in French and English (B1-B2).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as receptionist.
• Outgoing personality suitable for a bustling environment.
• Team player who can assist other departments when needed.
• Knowledge of a front office system (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).

Responsabilités

• Manage check-in and check-out while ensuring a warm welcome.
• Respond to guest inquiries and direct to sights and services.
• Handle invoicing and replies to emails and online requests.
• Serve as first contact for suppliers and external technicians.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed and cover weekends/public holidays.
