Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive digital transformation in the Public Sector and Education industries. You will own presales, build and prototype agentic AI solutions, and deliver demonstrations that translate complex needs into practical Salesforce-based results.

You will collaborate with sales, consulting, and product teams, shaping proposals and enabling customers across government and education segments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in presales roles for CRM, AI, or cloud solutions, preferably in the public sector or regulated environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong listening, analytical, and business requirement translation skills.

• Clearly and confidently articulate the value and benefits of Salesforce to public sector organizations at all levels.
• Assess business requirements within public administrations and propose ROI-focused solutions.
• Manage the entire solution cycle with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive proposals.
• Deliver tailored Salesforce demonstrations reflecting client processes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, respond to RFPs, and provide technical training.
