Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You will define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive adoption across engagements that may span single or multiple accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, and ensure measurable value while delivering in a time-bound manner.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project/program management skills with multi-workstream leadership.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analyses.
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce's agentic AI platform and enterprise systems.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk escalation.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop real customer solutions using AI tools to accelerate development.
• Serve as primary customer-facing contact with Government, Nonprofit, or Education sectors.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize benefits.
