Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking Deployment Strategists to drive strategic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to measurable value, shaping agentic AI solutions and ensuring adoption across government, nonprofit, and education customers.

The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on delivery, working with Forward Deployed Engineers and leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and related tools to deliver tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps; run design workshops and sessions.
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s AI platform and Data Cloud.
• Oversee delivery timelines, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy and execution.
• Develop customer-ready AI solutions using cutting-edge tools.
• Manage senior stakeholders with a business-value perspective.
