Job summary

SEIDOR, a global technology services company, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Brussels team, operating hybrid. You will lead complex initiatives across business and IT, guiding delivery from initiation to closure.

The role requires strong experience with PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile, deep planning, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders. Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Confluence and SharePoint is preferred, with English at C1.

Qualifications

• Masters: minimum 15 years of experience.
• Bachelor's: minimum 17 years of experience.
• Experience with PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile frameworks.
• Developing and maintaining project plans with scope, schedule, budget, risks, milestones.
• 5 years using JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• 5 years using Confluence and SharePoint or equivalents.
• 10 years identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• 10 years producing structured technical documentation and reports.
• English proficiency C1.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, milestones.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, monitor performance and deliverables.

• Communicate with stakeholders with status reports and governance alignment.
• Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables with requirements and standards.

• Report progress to management with accurate risk and cost information.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Brussels, working hybrid.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality, and resource constraints.
• Define project objectives and business outcomes in close collaboration with the Business Manager, project sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, tracking costs, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables against approved plans and tolerances.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, implementing corrective actions and obtaining the required approval for changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Coordinate project governance, including progress meetings, working groups, reporting, quality reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Manage stakeholders and communication, using structured stakeholder mapping, communication plans, and regular status reporting aligned with the project governance framework.
• Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining project and quality plans and verifying that deliverables meet agreed requirements and standards.
• Provide effective project leadership, motivating team members, fostering collaboration, and supporting the development of skills and expertise.
• Report project status to stakeholders and management, providing accurate and timely information on progress, risks, costs, resources, and expected outcomes.

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• If holding a Master's degree (EQF Level 7): min 15 years of experience.
• If holding Bachelor's degree: min 17 years of experience
• using recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile frameworks, including Scrum Management, Lean Agile, or equivalent.
• developing and maintaining project plans, including resources, risks, dependencies, milestones and quality.
• 5 years of experience working with project management software such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• 5 years of experience using collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in identifying issues, analysing causes, and proposing solutions.
• 10 years of experience in producing structured technical documentation, reports, specifications and presentations.
• English: level C1

Certificates And/or Standards

One of the following or an equivalent certification:

• PM2
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2

Nice To Have

• 3 years of experience using case management systems or similar, i.e. systems managing documents and / or files with workflow, business rules, database management and backoffice functionality for querying, analysis or reporting.
• 1 year of experience of EU rules on data protection.
• 1 year of experience with Artificial Intelligence concepts.
