Ayesa Digital, based in Belgium, seeks a PMO / IT Project Management Officer (PM² Certified) to drive governance and delivery for high-impact EU projects. You will plan, monitor and report on complex programs, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope and budgets.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and optimize resources with Jira, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint within an Agile/DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PMO or IT project support experience.
• PM² certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in complex environments.
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organise, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, scope, and constraints.
• Oversee project execution on a daily basis, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality results within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Use Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and report on performance.
• Support and improve PPMO processes, governance frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Maintain project portfolio reporting, risk tracking and status monitoring dashboards.
• Develop and maintain PPMO tooling and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Jira.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Plan, organise, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, scope, and constraints.
• Oversee project execution on a daily basis, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality results within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Manage and optimise the use of allocated resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress, manage tasks, and report on performance.
• Support and improve PPMO processes, governance frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Assess project maturity and compliance against established project management standards (PM², PRINCE2, Agile).
• Support project managers in the preparation and review of project management artefacts and reports.
• Maintain project portfolio reporting, risk tracking and status monitoring dashboards.
• Develop and maintain PPMO tooling and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Jira.
• Support IT Governance processes and change control activities

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management Support, Project Governance or IT Project Management.
• Certification in Project Management (PM2 or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience using project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience supporting PMO/PPMO or project governance activities.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• EU nationality or eligibility to obtain EU security clearance.
