Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of at least €250K.
• PRINCE2 methodology knowledge; certification is a strong asset.
• Solid technical interest and ICT/electronic security environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects from handover to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and external stakeholders.
• Act as main point of contact for customers during project execution.
• Monitor project performance, finances, risks and quality standards.
• Ensure scope, budget and deadlines are met; handle change requests.
• Organize procurement activities and project documentation.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Belgium.

Are you an organised and hands-on Project Manager with a strong technical affinity? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple projects, working with different stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish?

Then this opportunity might be for you!

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, with individual project values typically ranging from €50K to €500K.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to our quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial handover to final delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.

Coordinate internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and external stakeholders.

Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution.

Monitor project performance, financial results, risks and quality standards.

Ensure projects remain within the agreed scope, budget and deadlines.

Manage change requests and identify opportunities for additional services.

Coordinate procurement activities, equipment orders and technical interventions.

Ensure proper project documentation, reporting and invoicing.

Organise project closure and handover to the operational and service teams.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid project management experience and a genuine interest in technology.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.

At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical, ICT or electronic security environment.

Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of at least €250K.

Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology; PRINCE2 certification is a strong asset.

Good technical understanding of ICT environments; experience in electronic security systems is an advantage.

Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project is an advantage.

Good command of Dutch, French and English.

Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and proactively solve problems.

Customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
