We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join our client’s organization and take ownership of one or more projects within a large-scale digital transformation environment. You’ll play a central role in coordinating business, IT, and external stakeholders, ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic objectives, timelines, resources, and dependencies. This is a great opportunity for a structured and pragmatic project professional who enjoys working in complex environments and bringing different stakeholders together around a common goal.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage one or more IT projects, covering planning, budget, resources, scope, dependencies, and delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, IT, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, risks, issues, and changes.
• Prepare clear status reporting for governance bodies, steering committees, and management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous alignment between all parties.
• Identify dependencies and ensure consistency between individual projects and the broader roadmap.
• Facilitate decision‑making and follow up on actions and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Contribute to improving project management processes, methodologies, and ways of working.

Ideal Profile

You have 2-5 years of experience in IT project management and are comfortable working in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies. You are analytical, structured, and organized, with the communication skills required to coordinate teams and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

You bring knowledge of one or more project management approaches, such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMO methodologies. Familiarity with .NET environments, Microsoft Dynamics, and project management tooling is a plus. You are able to quickly understand complex topics, maintain an overview of multiple workstreams, and translate project objectives into concrete actions and deliverables.

Nice to Have

Experience within the public sector or justice‑related environments is considered an advantage, as is previous experience with case management systems or large‑scale digital transformation programmes. Experience with technologies or environments such as .NET and Microsoft Dynamics is also a plus.
