Orange is seeking an IT Project Manager in Belgium to lead planning, coordination and execution of critical technical projects. You will ensure seamless production releases, collaborate with external partners, and keep stakeholders informed to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of large-scale projects, development of PM plans, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management, with regular progress tracking and steering meetings with executives.

Qualifications

• A few years of IT project management experience.
• PMP or similar certification is a strong asset.
• Proven track record in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale technical projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Develop a Project Management Plan including organization, schedules, budget, risk, and quality.
• Lead and motivate project team members to meet targets across disciplines.
• Control stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Create change and transition plans for post-implementation stability.
• Track progress and report against plan, requirements, quality, processes, and milestones.
• Organize steering meetings with directors and C-level executives with clear action items.

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of critical technical projects. In this role, you'll ensure seamless production releases, collaborate with external partners, and keep stakeholders informed—driving our projects to successful completion and making a real impact on our business.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale technical projects to secure the delivery on time, within budget, on scope and on quality.
• Develop a Project Management Plan covering project organization, roles and responsibilities, schedules, budget, risk, and quality management aspects.
• Gather, lead, and motivate project team members, ensuring that all discipline points of contact deliver according to agreed targets.
• Manage and control stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop a change and transition management plan to ensure a smooth transition after project implementation.
• Track and communicate project progress against the defined plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes, and milestones.
• Organize project steering meetings with directors and C-level executives, ensuring that actions are clearly defined and executed.

Your profile:

• At least a few years of Project Management experience. Extensive expertise in large-scale projects (PMP or similar certification is a strong asset).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Good understanding of the business environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and multicultural environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Customer oriented, result oriented & can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
