European Tech Recruit is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own multiple IT/OT projects from planning through delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

This hands-on, pragmatic role requires balancing budgets and scope, leading status meetings and SteerCo routines, and ensuring go-live activities stay on track with business objectives. Dutch language skills are a plus.

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a major programme and take ownership of multiple projects from planning through to successful delivery.

This is a hands-on, pragmatic role where you’ll work across IT, OT, internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on track, on budget and aligned with business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage multiple projects within the IT & OT programme
• Own planning, budgets, resources and scope
• Lead project status meetings and SteerCo routines
• Coordinate analysis, design, testing and go-live activities
• Manage and collaborate closely with external suppliers
• Support project logistics and ensure smooth delivery
• Work across both Waterfall and Agile project environments

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with and managing external suppliers
• Strong experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset
• Understanding of IT & OT environments and facilities is a strong advantage
• Dutch is a plus
