CDH Professionals is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives across business, technology, data and operational change. The role coordinates internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to drive delivery from initiation through implementation.

You will own project plans, roadmaps and budgets, manage dependencies, and ensure governance and reporting are robust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders and dependencies.
• Demonstrable experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning, risk management and delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, operations and external suppliers.
• Provide clear and concise project updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Lead the delivery of projects involving technology, business systems, digital capabilities and process improvement.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, solution assessment, implementation planning, testing and deployment.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners and external suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, automation and ways of working.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, issues and potential blockers.
• Coordinate business readiness, user acceptance testing, training, implementation and transition activities.
• Maintain appropriate project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs and reporting.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery methods, governance and reporting.

Senior Project Manager – Business & Technology Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a complex transformation environment and take responsibility for the successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives.

The role will sit across business, technology, data and operational change, requiring someone who can bring structure to complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery from initiation through to implementation.

You will work with internal teams, technology specialists, external partners and senior stakeholders to drive projects forward, manage dependencies and ensure that agreed objectives are delivered effectively.

• Own and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements.

Senior Project Management Experience

• 10+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders and dependencies.
• Demonstrable experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning, risk management and delivery methodologies.

Business & Technology Transformation

• Proven experience delivering business transformation, technology implementation, digitalisation or operational improvement projects.
• Experience working across both business and technology functions.
• Ability to translate business objectives into structured delivery plans and actionable project activities.

Technology Delivery

• Experience managing the end‑to‑end delivery of significant technology or business‑system initiatives.
• Experience covering requirements, solution evaluation, implementation, testing, deployment and transition.
• Comfortable working with technical teams, architects, vendors and implementation partners without necessarily being a hands‑on technical specialist.

• Experience working within a large, complex or international organisation.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple business units or geographical locations.
• Exposure to data, analytics, automation, AI, digital platforms or enterprise applications.
• Experience managing external suppliers and technology partners.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience with project budgets, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Good understanding of enterprise technology environments and business applications.
• Strong PMO, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working in an environment with established processes and governance is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Dutch and/or French is advantageous.
