JustCase is the central case management programme for the judicial domain, aiming to unify and digitalise processes across the judicial order. The Project Manager JustCase will oversee one or more projects, handling planning, budgets, resources, and dependencies while coordinating business and ICT teams plus external partners.

The role requires 2–5 years of IT PM experience, knowledge of Agile and Prince2, and strong organisational and analytical skills.

JustCase is the central case management programme for the judicial domain, designed to unify and digitalise processes across the judicial order. Several major projects are currently underway, including NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth and JustCase Labour. The programme remains in an active development phase and therefore requires reinforced project governance. This assignment contributes directly to the coherent and successful delivery of these strategic initiatives.

The Project Manager JustCase will take operational responsibility for one or more projects within the programme. The role covers planning, budgets, resources and dependencies while coordinating business teams, ICT teams and external partners. It also includes managing risks, issues and changes and reporting progress to governance bodies such as the Steerco and management. Quality, deadlines and stakeholder alignment are central to the assignment.

The role suits a project manager with 2–5 years of IT project management experience who can operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Knowledge of Agile, Prince2 and PMO approaches is required, alongside strong organisational, communication, analytical and structured-working capabilities. Experience in the public sector or justice domain, case management systems or digital transformation programmes is advantageous. The assignment is full time and hybrid, based in Brussels.
