About Our Client

Our client is a European consulting group specialised in corporate real estate and digital workplace environments, combining business, digital and technology expertise. With offices across several European countries, the group has been supporting large public and private organisations for more than 25 years in transforming their work environments, processes and digital tools. As part of the continued development of its activities in Belgium, our client is looking for a Project Manager to join its team and work across a portfolio of clients and projects within the European Institutions ecosystem.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects for different clients, from initial scoping through implementation and ongoing follow-up. You will operate at the intersection of project management, real estate, workplace management and technology-driven solutions for the built environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing several projects simultaneously across different clients;
• Understanding client requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions;
• Defining project objectives, scope, timelines, resources and deliverables;
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks and key performance indicators;
• Organizing and leading project meetings and providing regular reporting to clients;
• Supporting clients in the implementation, use and evolution of real estate and workplace management solutions;
• Contributing to the implementation, optimization and evolution of IWMS / CAFM solutions;
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working;
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction;
• Building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you will have:

• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders at different levels;
• Structured, organized and able to prioritize effectively;
• Comfortable with data analysis and problem-solving;
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams;
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment;
• Solutions-oriented, with a strong service mindset.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within workplace, property management or real estate technology solutions;
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and/or several projects simultaneously;
• A good understanding of IT processes related to the management of digital workplaces ;
• Experience with an IWMS / CAFM solution, such as ARCHIBUS, is highly appreciated.
