recurv is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Delivery Lead to manage and mentor a team of IT Infrastructure Project Managers, balancing hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities and coaching. You will ensure adherence to PMO standards, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation while driving complex IT projects.

The role offers a long-term, hybrid work setup with one day onsite per week and opportunities to stay connected to project execution while growing your leadership

Qualifications

• Must have senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex IT projects within large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and risk mitigation skills.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other project managers.
• Nice-to-have Dutch language proficiency.

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Delivery Lead to manage and mentor our team of IT Infrastructure Project Managers. What you will do

Team Leadership (20-40% of your workload):

• Lead and inspire a team of IT Infrastructure Project Managers
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Maintain compliance with SLA commitments to clients

Project Management (the remainder of your time):

• Manage one or more complex IT Infrastructure projects
• Maintain direct involvement in planning, execution, and delivery to ensure success

Who you are

Must-haves:

• A strong background as a senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager
• Proven expertise in delivering a variety of complex IT Infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in complex organizational structures
• Exceptional stakeholder management, planning, and risk mitigation skills
• Proficiency in PMI or equivalent project management methodologies
• Experience coaching or mentoring other project managers

  Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience leading a team of project managers in a PMO structure
  • Fluent communication in Dutch
