Job summary

Villeroy & Boch Group is seeking a Project Developer in Belgium to drive strategic project acquisition, develop key accounts, and coordinate cross-functional delivery of premium solutions. You will connect customer needs with our innovations for large-scale projects.

You will build relationships with architects, developers and contractors, while providing technical guidance and market insights. A Dutch fluency requirement with French/English knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or Business Administration.
• Fluent Dutch required; French and English helpful.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex sales cycles.
• Proven track record in project sales or key account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic project acquisition: ensure products are specified in tenders for large-scale projects.
• Build and nurture networks with architects, developers and contractors.
• Attend industry events and organize targeted events for stakeholders.
• Advise partners on project-specific solutions and provide technical support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Represent the brand and communicate innovation and sustainability.
