Elia Group in Brussels is seeking a Product Owner Grid Development to guide the NSM product team, translating business needs into digital solutions and shaping the grid of the future. The role requires collaboration with IT developers, business analysts and testers across a hybrid setup.

You will own the product vision, roadmap and backlog while ensuring delivery of high-value outcomes for grid planning and investment decisions. English fluency plus Dutch or French is important.

Qualifications

• Engineering master level or equivalent by experience.
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar in Agile/digital environments.
• Strong understanding of energy sector and Grid Development context; familiarity with regulatory framework.

Responsabilités

• Translate needs into a clear product vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog.
• Lead the NSM Product Team with IT developers, business analysts and testers to deliver digital solutions.
• Maintain backlog priorities and acceptance criteria, balancing value, feasibility, risk and delivery constraints.
• Interface between Grid Development and Grid Solutions, aligning business outcomes with product delivery.
