Job summary

Elia Group is seeking a Product Manager Grid Flex Investment in Belgium. You will own the end-to-end product from discovery through adoption, coordinating with Product Owners and delivery teams to translate customer and regulatory needs into coherent solutions.

You will engage stakeholders across Customers, Operations, IT and Regulators, shaping the direction of flexible solutions to reduce grid investment needs while supporting the energy transition.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, market design or regulatory design.
• Experience owning regulatory or market frameworks and collaborating with regulators.
• Fluency in English and another national language (French or Dutch) at professional level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product scope from discovery to adoption and retirement.
• Engage with customers, operations, market participants and regulators to validate needs.
• Translate strategy into a clear product vision, measurable outcomes and a roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure feasible, valuable solutions.
• Build trusted partnerships across Elia and external stakeholders to align outcomes.
