Elia, a leading Belgian energy company, is seeking a Product Manager for Connection Methodology within the System & Client Solutions (SCS) department. You will balance Elia’s operational risks with Grid Users’ flexibility constraints, translating customer needs and regulatory requirements into coherent solutions.

You will engage regulators and internal teams to refine methodologies, integrating feedback and aligning with broader product lines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Five+ years of product management experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to operate in a evolving organisation with clear responsibilities.
• Experience owning regulatory or market frameworks and collaborating with regulators.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders across regulatory, operations and IT domains.
• Fluent English and one of Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other language.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Product Manager Connection Methodology scope end-to-end from discovery to adoption.
• Engage with customers, operations, market participants, regulators and internal stakeholders to test assumptions and prioritise opportunities.
• Define end-to-end business solutions including regulatory frameworks, processes and digital capabilities.
• Translate strategy into a clear product vision, measurable outcomes and a prioritised roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure feasible, high-value solutions.
