Job summary

Elia invites applications for a Product Manager Restoration Services to design reliable, cost-efficient services enabling rapid electricity system recovery after a blackout. You will translate restoration‑plan requirements and supplier capabilities into a technology-neutral service design, procure approaches, and adapt to evolving technologies.

Engage regulators, Grid Users’ experts, and Elia teams across emergency planning.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in product management or a comparable role, with a proven track record of owning complex challenges.
• Experience owning regulatory or market frameworks and collaborating with regulators.
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments and aligning diverse interests.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, with professional working proficiency in the other national language.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product scope from discovery to adoption or retirement.
• Engage with customers, operations, market participants, regulators and internal stakeholders to understand needs and test assumptions.
• Define end-to-end business solutions including regulatory frameworks, processes and digital capabilities.
• Translate strategic objectives into a product vision, measurable outcomes and a prioritized roadmap.
• Build trusted partnerships across Elia and external stakeholders and align around shared outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based judgment and maintain customer focus in decision making.
