Job summary

Next Kraftwerke Belgium seeks a driven Product Manager Energy in Brussels to own the full lifecycle of a growing product portfolio, combining insights from energy markets with a commercial mindset. You will design, launch and optimise offerings that respond to regulatory changes and customer needs.

As owner of your product area, you report on profitability, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and push for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with proven relevant experience in energy sector.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the energy sector, with understanding of Belgium markets and regulatory environments.
• Hands-on and proactive problem-solver who can drive multiple topics in parallel.
• Autonomous, analytical, and able to own processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate across diverse teams and networks.
• Excellent communication, purposeful and concise in English and Dutch; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of product offerings by integrating customer insights, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Engage with industry stakeholders and internal teams to stay ahead of developments and support growth.
• Own operational performance of the product line and implement process improvements to boost profitability.
• Contribute to business development through data analysis, offers, and market representation.
• Analyse margins, cost structures and profitability per product and report to management.
