Telenet seeks a Process Consultant in the Delivery Excellence team to drive continuous improvements in business and technical processes, aimed at cost savings, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with TPOs, POs, cluster leads and analysts, defining KPIs and supporting strategic flow improvements. The role reports to the Delivery Excellence Team Manager and requires close office presence with remote days possible.

Qualifications

• Deep business and industry understanding of organizational structures, products and processes.
• Strong process improvement mindset using Lean/Lean Six Sigma and process management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to extract insights.
• Cross-functional stakeholder alignment and change leadership.
• Effective communicator who can coach non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Establish and manage continuous improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency and satisfaction.
• Define KPIs, gather requirements, and identify drivers affecting KPIs.
• Identify, justify, and design solutions; support business case development and impact analyses.
• Present final solutions with substantiation and organizational impact.
• Lead behavioral and cultural changes through implementation and training.
