• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
• Support design and enhancement of digital customer journeys and operational processes to improve experience.
• Prepare process documentation, procedures and governance for consistent execution and compliance.
• Act as key contact between business and support teams to enable efficiency and delivery.
• Develop training materials to support adoption of new processes and best practices.
• Monitor process performance and identify operational risks to support growth.

Job Description

As a Process analyst officer your responsibilities are:

• Taking ownership of assigned business processes and ensuring they remain aligned with business objectives, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating closely with stakeholders from Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
• Supporting the design and enhancement of digital customer journeys and operational processes to improve customer experience.
• Preparing process documentation, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
• Acting as a key point of contact between business and support teams to facilitate operational efficiency and successful project delivery.
• Developing communication and training materials to support the implementation of new processes and best practices.
• Monitoring process performance, identifying operational risks and contributing to sustainable business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process analyst officer should have:

• Full professional proficiency in Dutch or French. Good command of the other national language
• A background in banking or financial services operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementing operational improvements.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• An ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
