ENTICO ICT is seeking a Functional Analyst in Brussels. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications within a digital banking environment.

You will work closely with development teams, supporting Scrum methodologies and ensuring successful delivery. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in Dutch or French, with good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in the banking sector, particularly in payments and card solutions.
• Solid knowledge of UML, BPMN, REST APIs, and SQL.

Description du poste

Join a digital banking environment focused on Online & Mobile Banking, including payments, cards, digital signatures, onboarding journeys, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, testers, and fellow analysts within agile squads.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.

Create and maintain user stories in Jira, functional documentation in Confluence, and detailed feature specifications.

Design service specifications and support the definition of data models together with Data Architects.

Work closely with development teams and architects to define and validate solution designs.

Support Scrum teams throughout the development, testing, and delivery phases.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.

Strong experience within the banking sector, preferably in:

• Payments (Instant Payments, Mobile Payments, QR Payments)
• Card solutions and tokenization (e.g. Apple Pay, Wero)
• KYC and Customer Onboarding processes

Solid knowledge of:

• UML and BPMN modelling
• REST APIs and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• SQL and relational databases
• Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect and ALM tools

Experience with cloud technologies, mobile development processes, middleware, and application monitoring is a plus.
