Taleo Consulting, an international management consulting group with offices in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and beyond, seeks a Process Engineer to join the Investment & Financial Insurance division in Brussels, focusing on contracting flows and end-to-end contracting processes.

You will work in a multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum squad, analyzing requirements, designing improvements, and ensuring compliance with legal and governance standards, while collaborating with business and IT.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Process Engineering or Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of process management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of the Investment business / financial products.
• Knowledge of risk management and control within banking.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and process modelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business processes and sub-processes in line with the Bank's strategy and architecture.
• Analyse and optimise existing processes to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management.
• Monitor process performance through KPIs, feedback and indicators, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Analyse business requirements and contribute to defining and testing application changes related to process improvements.
• Work closely with Business, IT and operational teams to ensure processes are designed and implemented effectively.
• Create and maintain clear and user-friendly process documentation.
• Ensure processes comply with Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control and internal governance requirements.
• Support change management, including communication, implementation and user support.
• Participate in ideation and solution design to meet customer and employee needs.
• Work in a multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum squad and contribute to sprint delivery.
• Independently organise and estimate activities while contributing to team objectives.

Mission Context

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Investment & Financial Insurance division of a major banking environment.

The team is responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end solutions related to the Bank's investment products. You will join the Contracting squad, within the Advice Cluster, focusing on the analysis, optimisation and management of contracting processes across the investment portfolio.

The scope includes contracting flows, legal aspects of contracts, pledging, donations, contract activation and contract addenda.

The role is ideal for someone with a first experience in Investment and Business Analysis, who enjoys working autonomously in a collaborative and Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement new business processes and sub-processes in line with the Bank's strategy and business architecture principles.
• Analyse and optimise existing processes to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management.
• Monitor process performance through KPIs, customer feedback and operational indicators, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Analyse business requirements and contribute to defining and testing application changes related to process improvements.
• Work closely with Business, IT and operational teams to ensure processes are effectively designed and implemented.

• Ensure processes comply with Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control and internal governance requirements.

Profile Required

Mandatory Experience & Knowledge

• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience in Process Engineering, Business Analysis or Process Management.
• Good knowledge of process management tools and methodologies.
• Good understanding of the Investment business / financial products.
• Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques.
• Good understanding of risk management and control within a banking environment.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and process modelling skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Business Architecture.
• Exposure to process automation / RPA.
• Knowledge of Data Management.
• Experience with investment contracting processes or financial insurance products.
