Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to enhance the guest experience at the hotel pool and beach areas. You will manage cleanliness, setup, safety, and guest comfort, while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and brand standards.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year hotel guest service experience, English fluency, and CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year guest service experience in a hotel preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to work 8–10 hours in sun.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Customer service oriented with friendly demeanor.
• Must lift/push/pull/carry at least 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Create an exceptional pool experience with superior service.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness, organization, and stock.
• Ensure chairs and pool area are clean and orderly.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining pool facilities and safety.
• Enforce safety regulations and assist swimmers in danger.
• Greet guests, distribute towels, assist seating and deliver consistent service.
• Know pool facilities, safety procedures, and emergency responses.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
