Requirements include 2+ years as LP Supervisor in a hotel, knowledge of safety protocols, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to manage diverse situations while maintaining guest satisfaction and team morale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Loss Prevention Supervisor experience in a hotel setting.
• Understanding of safety protocols and local regulations for hotels.
• First Aid/CPR Instructor Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Loss Prevention in daily department operations.
• Maintain logs, certifications and SOPs as required by law.
• Train staff in emergency procedures and incident response.
• Develop and implement emergency procedures.
• Handle complaints and resolve conflicts with guests and staff.
• Supervise staff to protect property assets and ensure safety.
• Fill in for the Director of Loss Prevention when absent.
• Communicate safety codes and procedures clearly to all staff.
• Promote guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
