The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in luxury hotel or resort recreation, strong Forbes Five Star knowledge, and proven ability to manage large teams, budgets and safe, high-quality service.

Qualifications

Seasoned leader with 5–10 years in luxury hotel or resort recreation operations.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and revenue generation.
Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver Forbes Five-Star service.
Multilingual abilities are considered an asset.

Responsabilités

Direct and oversee all recreation operations, including pools, beach, fitness programs and kids activities.
Develop and implement innovative recreational programs to differentiate the resorts.
Ensure daily operations with focus on safety, quality and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train and develop a high performing team.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Oversee maintenance and readiness of recreation facilities and equipment.
