Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants seeks a Conference Services Manager to lead end-to-end planning for high-end group programs, coordinating with Food & Beverage, Banquets, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Spa, Security and external vendors. You will manage client relationships from turnover to departure and translate contracts into actionable plans for every hotel department.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Conference Services Management in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience independently managing complex multi-day programs with many events and stakeholders.
• Experience servicing Incentive Houses, Corporate Meeting Planners, Pharma meetings, VIP events.
• Luxury hotel or Forbes Five-Star resort experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Delphi, Opera PMS, Social Tables or equivalent diagramming software.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive conference and event planning for meetings, incentive programs, corporate conferences, board meetings, social functions, destination weddings, pharmaceutical programs and VIP events.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients from turnover through event departure, building strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Translate contractual obligations into detailed operational plans for all hotel departments.
• Conduct planning calls, virtual meetings and on-site planning visits with clients to finalize event details.
