Wlgroup in Belgium is seeking a full-time project coordinator to maintain the plan, tracker and reporting for a network services programme near Brussels, working between engineering teams, management and suppliers.

You will coordinate planning and monitoring milestones, prepare clear management dashboards, organize governance activities, and chase actions to closure while ensuring deliverables meet deadlines. Strong written English and the ability to converse with engineers are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technical projects in a PMO, delivery team or equivalent.
• Confidence with planning and tracking tools and with reporting to management.
• Habit of chasing actions to closure without reminders.
• Clear written English — much of this role relies on documents others depend on.
• Enough technical literacy to hold discussions with engineers.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects, tracking milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate across technical teams, management and other stakeholders, and follow up until things are actually closed.
• Build and maintain project documentation — plans, schedules, action trackers, risk and issue registers, status reports and minutes.
• Monitor progress against the plan and surface delays, risks and dependencies early.
• Prepare management reporting, dashboards and presentations that are clear about progress, risk and the decisions needed.
• Organise project meetings, workshops and governance activities, from agenda to follow-up.
• Support resource, workload and activity planning, and improve the coordination process as you go.
