EMW in Belgium seeks a Cyber Project Manager to lead NSIP cyber security projects and procurement initiatives. The role requires NATO SECRET clearance and will be performed on-site at our Belgium location, with potential travel to Allied Nations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of PM experience in defence IT or cyber, and demonstrated ability to manage budgets, risks and cross-functional teams. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience.
Experience with NSIP or defence IT projects.

Responsabilités

Manage NSIP cyber security projects and major procurement projects.
Plan, request and deploy resources to meet milestones; initiate corrective actions.
Define, execute and complete projects; prepare proposals and participate in source selections.
Review project approaches with Portfolio Manager following agency processes.
Monitor progress and risks to ensure budget and timelines alignment.
Provide regular status reports to leadership and NATO committees.
Understand customer requirements; collect data and deliver analysis.
Propose actions to increase confidence and reduce risks to meet deliverables.
Provide effective leadership to the project team and manage deviations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management within NCIA.
