Jan De Nul Group is seeking a Project Management Officer to streamline project management processes and support project teams across Offshore Energy and Dredging Solutions. You will ensure clear methods and well-organised information and documentation.

You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders, contribute to standardisation, and help users maximise PM tools. Based in Aalst with flexible options, you’ll drive the PMO’s professionalisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Structured and analytical mindset with ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience in a project environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and optimise project management processes and translate them into efficient workflows.
• Ensure consistent application of ways of working and perform quality checks.
• Manage project information and documentation, keeping it up to date and accessible.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Support the implementation, administration and optimisation of project management tools and help users get the most out of them.
• Maintain internal knowledge platforms and keep documentation, guidelines and training materials up to date.
• Deliver training sessions and support colleagues in using project processes and digital tools.
