EXPLEO Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Lead to steer electrical cable infrastructure projects in the Belgian energy sector. You will coordinate studies, planning, budgets, and execution while collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely results.

Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, and knowledge of French is a strong plus. A Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field and prior professional experience are valued as you lead complex initiatives with a

Expleo is looking for an experienced Project Lead to join an exciting project within the Belgian energy sector.

Your Role

• Lead electrical cable infrastructure projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate technical studies, planning, budgets and execution.

• Support tendering and purchasing activities.
• Follow up project progress, quality and deadlines.
• Manage and report on project status.

What We’re Looking For

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous professional experience after your studies.
• Fluent Dutch is required.
• Knowledge of French is a strong advantage.
• Interest in the energy and infrastructure sector.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to take responsibility and work independently.
• Good team player with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
