Asenium Consulting seeks a proactive PMO to support a multi-workstream programme in Belgium. You will track deliverables, maintain RAID logs and coordinate cross-team activities, acting as the central coordination point for day-to-day programme matters.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PMO/coordination, strong English and Dutch or French, and solid MS Office skills. The role combines on-site and remote work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a PMO or project coordinator.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a project environment.
• Hands-on experience maintaining RAID logs and driving actions to closure.
• Experience preparing status reports and dashboards for management or steering-committee level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Ability to work independently and stay aligned with programme objectives.
• Assertive and diplomatic approach with proactive issue escalation.
• Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Track deliverables, milestones and deadlines across multiple workstreams.
• Follow up with action owners to ensure commitments are delivered on time.
• Maintain and update RAID logs, ensuring items closure.
• Organise and facilitate recurring project meetings and steering committees.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Escalate blockers and delays to Programme Manager or Sponsor when needed.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and handovers between workstreams.
• Monitor adherence to the programme plan and timelines; support corrective actions.
• Support resource planning and tracking with team leads.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for management audiences.
• Ensure consistent documentation, templates and governance processes.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders for input and sign-offs.
• Act as central point of contact for day-to-day coordination.
