Project/Department Description and Responsibilities
Support project management in the business through financial aspect by developing governance, processes and tools to create, plan, evaluate and assess projects in the portfolio. Communicate the priorities of the portfolio and provide the indicators to monitor the progress of the projects. Measure & evaluate at any time how the costs and the profit evolves and whether the investment is worth the effort to be delivered.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Approve the Project Debrief and the Business case ensuring that they comply with the company standards and can be proposed to the decision-making bodies.
- To produce and ensure a consolidated, structured and objective picture for all stakeholders on the operational, tactical and strategic level of all current requests. Offering the possibility to all interested parties to make decision in regards to these requests.
- Ensure the coherence of the data of the portfolio of the applications, identify the anomalies and pass them on to the person in charge of the departments
- Perform a quality check on the following documents: Assessment Letter, Project Letter/Plan, Business Case, Analysis reports, End Project Reports,
- Provide the indicators to deliver the end budget for the IT departments through: control, statistic analysis, demand/supply validation, staffing coordination in collaboration with Finance/HR department(s), monthly reporting across multiple internal organizations in context of common projects or targets.
- Implement and manage the processes of Demand Life Cycle, Project Life Cycle and Development Life Cycle though: coaching & support of the business stakeholders to follow the compliant process, tool management from the operations perspective, promotion and support of the tools and processes within internal network.

Technical Profile Requirements
- Good knowledge of the Project Management tools
- Certificate Prince2, ITIL, or equivalent is a plus
- Good knowledge of the JIRA
- Basic knowledge of the business processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of the IT environment, business and technical limitations & challenges

Methodology/Certification requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- FR and NL, with a good knowledge of the other national language
- ENG is a plus
min 2days/week on-site presence is mandatory
