OneSource Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for our Data & Analytics team to drive the delivery of data platforms, assets and products. The role requires 10+ years in PM and data analytics projects, plus fluency in two of Dutch, French, and English. Agile delivery (SAFe) and PM²/PMBOK knowledge are essential.

Hybrid work with 2 days onsite per week. You will coordinate with business and IT teams, manage scope, budget and risks, and report progress to stakeholders throughout the project

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in project management.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering Data & Analytics projects.
• Fluent in two of Dutch, French and English; English at least B2; Dutch or French native or C level.

Responsabilités

• Lead project delivery from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents following company standards.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend budget changes as per process.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Communicate project expectations to team leads and stakeholders clearly.
• Define and agree project or service scope with all relevant parties.
• Liaise with business and IT teams regularly.
• Diagnose and mitigate risks; report to Team Lead and stakeholders on risks.
• Deliver Data & Analytics outputs (data platforms, assets, reporting, data science, analytics) and related deliverables.
• Knowledge of Azure data stack and SAP BW4 is a plus.
• Knowledge of train planning, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales processes is a plus.

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

• As Project Manager within our Data & Analytics team, you play an instrumental role in the realization of this vision by managing a number of projects related to the delivery of our data & analytics platforms, data assets and data products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from beginning to end;
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
• Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
• Ensure project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
• Liaise with business and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
• Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the project and execute appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks
• You have experience in delivering Data & Analytics deliverables (building data platform, ingestion of data assets, reporting, data science, data exploration, AI/ML, ...)
• Knowledge of the Azure data stack and SAP and BW4 is a plus
• Knowledge of train planning, passenger transport, train maintenance, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales processes is a plus

CONFORMITY CRITERIA

• You have 10+ years’ experience with project management
• You have 10+ years’ experience in delivery of projects in the Data & Analytics area
• You communicate fluently in 2 out of 3 languages: Dutch, French and English (spoken and written). Dutch or French as a mother tongue or at least C level. Other language at least B2. English B2.
• You can physically come to office min 2d per week
• You have knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are a must.
• You have a Project Methodology certification (PM² and/or PMBOK).

• For each evaluation criterion, the expectation is that your CV clearly demonstrates relevant experience or knowledge through one or more examples/projects. The more relevant experience or knowledge you can provide as evidence, the better your CV will be evaluated.
• You have strong affinity with IT and its complexity
• You have a demonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems
• You have ITIL knowledge.
• You have experience managing IT projects in the data & analytics area (managing scope, planning, budget and quality)
• You have experience applying ITIL processes
• You can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources.
• You have the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for different audiences
