Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Program & Project Manager with extensive expertise in project management. The ideal candidate will lead projects from inception to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management from launch to closure, ensuring objectives, deadlines, costs, and quality are met.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans and associated documentation (resources, risks, communication, quality).
• Track progress and coordinate necessary actions for successful project execution.
• Align projects with business needs and organizational priorities.

Key Requirements:

• Certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).
• Over 15 years of experience in project and program management.
• Strong expertise in change management.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
• Proven experience in risk management.
• Resource management expertise.

Nice to Have:

• Agile scaling certification.
• Experience in public sector transformation projects.
• Experience in implementing and managing PMOs at strategic and operational levels.

Other Details:

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of two days onsite presence in Brussels. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in IT project management methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
