COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery through effective planning, coordination, and resource management. You will align stakeholder expectations and drive governance across IT projects within an international, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, maintaining PM tooling (Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint), and ensuring project controls and reporting are robust and timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a PMO role.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing or supporting IT projects.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Agile software development environment.
• Hold an advanced project management certification (e.g. PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Scrum, including roles, ceremonies and artefacts.
• Experience as a coach or trainer.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Query.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience using Jira.
• Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

• Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities with regular reports.
• Monitor costs, timescales and resources and review actions for deviations.
• Define and manage change control procedures and obtain stakeholder agreement.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of projects through effective planning, coordination, and management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of projects through effective planning, coordination, and management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better compliance
• Maintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow-up and organisation of PM activities at project and portfolio level. PPMO tooling consists of Power BI, Power Automate, Jira and SharePoint components
• Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables related to Project Management
• Support Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rules
• Participate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resource requirements
• Provide support in preparing and maintaining project plans and track activities against the plans, providing regular and accurate reports
• Ensure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review proposed actions when deviations are identified
• Define and manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the project from Project Sponsors

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing or supporting IT projects
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Hold an advanced project management certification (e.g. PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent)
• Demonstrate strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum, including Scrum roles, ceremonies and artefacts
• Experience as a coach or trainer
• Minimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Query
• Minimum of 3 years' experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Minimum of 3 years' experience using Jira
• Minimum of 3 years' experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Must be eligible to obtain an EU-27 Security Clearance, as the role requires access to sensitive information and secure areas
• Demonstrate knowledge of project management methodologies, including PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK and Scrum. Certification in any of these methodologies is an advantage
• Excellent capacity for writing clear and structured documents
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Good ability to deliver high-level presentations and facilitate meetings
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment, demonstrating initiative, teamwork, and an understanding of the needs, objectives and constraints of different disciplines and functions
• Experience using the Microsoft 365 toolset, including Excel
• Experience using Power BI, Power Automate and Jira
