Job summary

Elia Group is expanding its Large Projects division and seeks a PMO to support the Nautilus interconnector program with Belgium and the UK. You will establish an integrated program management approach, focusing on budget, schedule, risk management and governance, reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will report to the Program Manager and work with Project Leaders, engineers and other PMO specialists to ensure timely delivery and transparent decision-making across the program.

Qualifications

• At least five years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or CAPEX projects is an asset.
• PMI/PMP certification is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French; strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and improve the program management framework for budget, schedule, risk and governance.
• Consolidate baselines; manage cost forecasts and risk provisions with clear insights.
• Facilitate risk, schedule management and program reporting to governance bodies.
• Coordinate PMO experts; promote collaboration across the program team.
