Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for a major international infrastructure program within the large projects division. You will define and improve the program management framework, manage baselines for scope and budget, and consolidate forecasts to provide clear insights for governance bodies.

Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required, with strong communication skills to translate complex data into concise management insights.

Requirements

• You possess strong organizational skills with a results-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• You're able to communicate convincingly and translate complex information into concise management insights.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French with a good working knowledge of French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or CAPEX projects.
• Completion of a PMI, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and risk management methodologies.
