Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects across the energy sector.

• Assist in managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting activities.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and project progress.
• Support business and technical teams throughout project implementation phases.
• Contribute to internal delivery streams and assist senior project managers with governance and execution activities.
• Monitor project performance and help drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or French, alongside English.
• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar delivery-focused role.
• An interest in the energy sector, including transmission and distribution networks, regulatory environments, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and build positive working relationships.
• Well-organised with strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Based in Brussels, Belgium.

Hybrid working arrangement available in line with company policy.

• Must hold a valid work permit authorising employment in Belgium.
• Must possess a valid residence permit permitting residency in Belgium.
